Tetri Copilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using Tetri Copilot. They form a binding agreement between you and Tetri Copilot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tetri Copilot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to all visitors and users who access the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Tetri Copilot provides AI-assisted finance, compliance, invoicing, expense, document and reporting tools for businesses. Features may vary by plan. We may modify, add, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Free and paid plans are available. Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, and applicable taxes may apply. Free trials convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorized access; probe or reverse-engineer it; upload malware; infringe the rights of others; or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or fraudulent purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that violates this section.

6. Customer Data & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the data you submit (“Customer Data”) and grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide and improve the Service. Tetri Copilot, including its software, branding and content, remains our property. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email delivery and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tetri Copilot does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Outputs — including AI-generated content — may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetri Copilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Terms & Contact

These Terms, together with any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Questions about these Terms? Reach us through our Contact page.
